Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to quality improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Quality Inspector Location: Charleston, SC Shift: 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Collects quality data as required to derive quality objectives Executes and maintains comprehensive quality product inspections Serves as a manufacturing focal point for intelligent analysis of quality issues, determining true root causes and implementing permanent corrective and preventive actionsFollows and promotes the use of internal quality standards and procedures Reviews documentation for compliance to quality standards and inspects products per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements What's Needed? Hands-on quality and manufacturing experience in an ISO certified environment (minimum 1 year)Proficient in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs Experience with Document Control software Familiarity with SAP, ISO-9001, and knowledge of DFx, FMEA or similar Quality Systems is a plus Credential requirements include certifications such as 100006, 100037 What's in it for me?
