Position Overview:
Charleston Grounds Management, a leader in commercial landscape maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Install/Enhancement Foreman.
This role is pivotal in leading crews to execute landscape installation and enhancement projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise crews in the installation of landscape enhancements, including but not limited to planting, mulching, drainage solutions, and irrigation.
Interpret and implement landscape plans and specifications accurately.
Coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Train and mentor crew members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Monitor equipment and materials, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in landscape installation or enhancement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Proficient in reading and executing landscape designs and plans.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
