Backend Java Developer, North Carolina

Job Description:

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

For example, any specific skills to prioritize when looking for profiles.: Develop Gen AI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related technologies

Integrate AI models with enterprise systems and Cloud products

Work with Java, Python, OpenShift containers, and large-scale applications

Stay ahead with advancements in AI and apply them to real-world solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Lead teams, ensure risk compliance, and mentor junior engineers

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of software engineering experience

5+ years working with Java, Python, OpenShift containers

3+ years in data engineering & AI/ML or Cloud GCP

2+ years experience with SDLC & Agile tools (JIRA, GitHub, Jenkins)
