VMO - Java/Angular Developer, North Carolina

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Java/Angular Developer with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and long-term planning for Specialty Software Engineering projects

Review and analyze large-scale, multi-faceted technical challenges requiring evaluation of multiple complex or unprecedented factors

Contribute to the resolution of technically complex situations using an in-depth understanding of relevant functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Strategically collaborate with internal stakeholders and client personnel across multiple business and technical teams

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education

Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies

Ability to contribute to software architecture discussions and implement scalable, maintainable code

Strong Java Development skills with hands-on experience in J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices

Ability to perform end-to-end system design and troubleshooting

Experience working within Agile SDLC methodologies and creating work estimates

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins for build automation

Understanding of content management systems, preferably Documentum

Cloud experience in PCF or Azure

Financial industry experience

Pay Range: $72-82
