/liliPerforms opening and closing duties in Storefront lobby.
/liliPerforms CSR Greeter duties throughout the shift.
/liliProcesses mail and fax applications; processes correspondence received via mail or fax; processes account replenishments; processes account closures; processes payment return correspondence.
/liliMaintains an above-average attendance record.
/liliScans documentation for attachment to accounts.
/liliMaintain good working relationships with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
/liliWork safely without presenting a threat to self or others.
/liliNegotiates payments and fee reductions up to established limits.
/liliReviews notices and verifies data through use of several computer systems/liliRecords individual completed daily work statistics.
/liliTroubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for phone customers.
/liliAssists other departments or functions with tasks when needed.
/liliPerform additional duties as required by management.
/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMust be 18 years of age or older/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required/liliAbility to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions/liliPossess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone/liliExcellent communication skills, both, oral and written/liliSuperb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us/li/ul/div
