job summary:
A prominent manufacturing company in the Statesville, NC area is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams. The CSR will ensure accurate order processing, clear communication and timely delivery. The role supports operations, logistics, and quality to manage customer orders from entry through shipment. This is a salaried role in the $60K+ range, plus full benefits and paid time off!

responsibilities:

  • Enter, review, and manage customer orders in the company's ERP system (AS400) with a high level of accuracy.

  • Coordinate order confirmations, revisions, cancellations and changes.

  • Track orders through production, scheduling and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Troubleshoot software operating systems with corporate IT assistance.

  • Maintain accurate shipping documentation and timelines.
