Perform a variety of other tasks within the warehouse, including but not limited to: Unloading goods Receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments Performing general warehouse work Calling and emailing suppliers to resolve issues Assessing stock for damages Operating stock management tools, such as a forkliftCounting stock and keeping inventory records Picking product Packaging products for shipment Wrapping pallets and applying shipping labels Building crates and custom pallets as required Warehouse associate should be hard-working, organized, and detail-oriented. Need to be flexible and adaptable to perform a variety of tasks within the warehouse.Requirements Ability to work in simple MRP/ERP software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook via a computer system. Knowledge of shipping terms and concepts will be helpful but not required. Experience driving a forklift will be helpful but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for large portions of the dayJob Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: 8 hour shift, Mon - Fri Experience: 1 year of warehouse experience (Required) Company Description Industrial Motion, Inc. is an international industrial parts distributer headquartered in North Carolina.
