Custodian, Lockport

Lockport Rehab and Health Care Center - We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. Shift: 6a-2p As a Custodian, you will be responsible for the following: -Follow monthly schedule for routine duties. -Check all carpeting in the lobby and solarium for areas that need cleaning. Quarterly cleaning of carpets will be scheduled on a regular basis. This will be done on the 3-11 shift. -Put all supplies away as they are received for housekeeping/laundry. -Maintain a buffing schedule that allows floors to be done weekly and/or monthly. -Extra duties will include but are not limited to these items: a.) Cleaning privacy curtains-PRN b.) Cleaning cloth furniture-PRN c.) Stripping and waxing tile floors-PRN d.) Cleaning clean linen carts quarterly. e.) Cleaning soiled linen carts, X-frames quarterly. -Receiving room should be maintained on Tuesdays and Fridays. Monthly- Check all fans, on all units, for cleanliness.
