You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area, refilling coffee and beverages, and cleaning up used plates and utensils. Responsibilities

• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary • Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed • Address visitor questions and requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently

Qualifications

• We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members
