As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on reshaping the way insurance is approached. We're seeking individuals who are tech-savvy, socially connected, and eager to make a meaningful impact. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with potential clients through various channels, including social media and digital platforms.Educating younger demographics on the importance of insurance and tailoring solutions to their unique needs. Leveraging modern sales techniques and technology to reach and exceed sales targets. Participating in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge. Building a personal brand within the community through networking and events.Qualifications: Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Excellent communication skills, especially in the digital space. Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media platforms for networking and lead generation. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Previous sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools. A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided). Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
