Construction Project Manager, New Jersey

Location: Established construction consulting firm currently seeking experienced construction managers for Owner's Representative roles on institutional building projects in Southeastern Pennsylvania and Central/North New Jersey. Medical benefits, 401k, paid vacation, full time position.

Job Summary: Great opportunity for a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The Construction Manager will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

Successful candidates should have 10-20 years construction management (CM) or Trade level experience or have 5-10 years’ CM experience with an Engineering/CM/Architecture degree.

Must be computer literate self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Seeking managers capable of running job meetings, coordinating activities, writing meeting minutes, proficient understanding of plans and specs, experienced with scheduling, negotiations, and quality assurance.
