TITLE: Account Executive
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: Cherry Hill, NJ
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Onsite, with up to 10% overnight travel (in the US).
START DATE: May/June 2025
SHIFT: 1 st Shift, M-F
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring and managing key accounts, developing and executing strategic plans, and aligning customized sales programs with our company objectives. This role will be around 50% hunter and 50% farmer and you'll need to be skilled in both areas to be successful in this role.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and secure new key accounts, building long-lasting relationships with high-value clients.
Develop and implement strategic plans for customized sales programs and marketing initiatives that are in line with company goals.
Oversee and nurture existing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and foster continued business growth.
Monitor and report on the performance of key accounts, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to synchronize efforts, share insights, and drive cohesive strategies.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry trends and client needs, leveraging insights to inform account strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
At least five years in a senior sales role, with a proven record of managing large accounts and driving substantial revenue growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Must be adaptable, innovative, and a strategic problem-solver.
