Ceteris Portfolio Services/SRA Associates is an accounts receivable management firm specializing in debt collection & recovery and we have several positions open for Call Center Recovery Agents in our Mt. Laurel, NJ headquarters.

Position Requirements:

• 
  
• High School Diploma or GED required.
  
• One (1) year experience in call center / telemarketing / sales highly preferred.
  
• One (1) year experience in the collections / accounts receivable / finance industry preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiating skills required.
  
• Excellent computer & telephone skills required.
  
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude by focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative, enjoyable work environment.
  
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Detail and team oriented.
  
• Strong organization and time management skills.
  
• Must be dependable and punctual.
  
• Bilingual a plus (any language).
  

Compensation:

• 
  
• Competitive pay (based on experience). Some of our top Collectors averaging $60,000 + a year.
  
• UNLIMITED monthly earning potential (Bonus averaging $1,500 - $3,000).
