Defense Litigation Attorney, Moorestown

We are a well-established mid-size regional law firm with a strong defense litigation practice. We are currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in our Moorestown, New Jersey office.

Position Overview

The Associate Attorney will support the firm's defense litigation practice by handling case preparation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting in all phases of litigation. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Manage discovery, including document review and preparation of responsesPrepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials Collaborate with partners and team members on litigation strategy Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met Qualifications

Active admission to the NJ Bar Prior experience in defense litigation preferred Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation&Benefits
