We're hiring Retail Customer Acquisition Associates to work inside major home improvement retail locations. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to Air Experts heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting. Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air qualityAct as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutions Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presenceSupport in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members Qualifications

What We're Looking For
