personally representing our brand with clients and prospects, understanding their branding needs, and ensuring those needs are accurately communicated to our production team. A confident, self-motivated self-starter who is driven to succeed. High energy with an engaging, enthusiastic approach to every interaction. Skilled at maintaining professional yet personable rapport with clients. A natural closer who consistently follows through on commitments. A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Detail-oriented with a passion for the design and sign industry. Previous sign industry sales experience is a plus

but not required. Drive outbound lead generation and build robust sales pipeline. Respond promptly to client and prospective client inquiries. Meet with clients to advise on the best sign and branding solutions for their needs. Generate, present, and negotiate estimates for sign and branding projects. Convert estimates into confirmed orders with strong closing techniques. Maintain consistent follow-through with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
