Responsibilities - Bookkeeper:  

Perform bookkeeping tasks to support daily operations 

Prepare financial statements for ancillary companies

Reconcile records including bank transactions, statements, and report discrepancies to Controller

Assist with accounting and auditing reports for ancillary companies

Audit balance sheets for ancillary companies

Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications/Requirements - Bookkeeper:  

Bookkeeping / Accounting experience is required, automotive dealership bookkeeping experience is preferred

Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information

Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email, or in person

Must be able to operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information 

High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree strongly preferred
