Responsibilities:
- Clean and dust leasing office

- Clean and dust common area's of the community including but not limited to elevators, hallways, stairwells, breezeways, and laundry rooms

- Dust baseboards and fire extinguisher cases in hallways.

- Clean exercise room (mirrors, windows, equipment, blinds, floors, etc.)

- Check grounds up to buildings for debris

- Check trash shoots – make sure they’re not backed up and that they smell nice.

- Prepare units for new move-ins as directed by the Community Manager

Qualifications:
Position Requirements:

- Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or housekeeping experience

- A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart

- A high school diploma or equivalent

Monday - Friday
