While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites:New Bern Elizabeth City Ahoskie Greenville Morehead City Wilmington All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay, and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided. You'll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.What You'll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement&measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments&develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in-service training&represent ESPH at professional conferences.
