As a BCBA with our EMPOWER program, you'll have the flexibility to shape your caseload, mentor dedicated teams, and see the real impact of your work in homes, schools, and communities across Eastern NC.Salary: $75,000–$80,000 (DOE) + Full Benefits + Professional Development Support Schedule: Flexible M–F Hybrid | Regional Travel to EMPOWER Locations **Voted Raleigh's Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh's Best Mental Health Services two years in a row!** This role includes a variable regional travel requirement, estimated at 20%–50% per month depending on program needs. While telehealth services are also provided, you will primarily travel to support EMPOWER sites:New Bern Elizabeth City Ahoskie Greenville Morehead City Wilmington All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay, and, depending on cost-effectiveness, a travel vehicle may be provided. You'll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.What You'll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement&measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments&develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in-service training&represent ESPH at professional conferences.
