We are currently seeking skilled
Marine Painters
to support active shipyard projects across Hampton Roads.

What Youll Do
Prepare surfaces by sandblasting, grinding, and cleaning
Apply coatings, primers, and paints using brush, roller, or spray systems
Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and ventilation protocols
Work on ships, barges, and industrial marine structures
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a
Marine Painter
or Industrial Painter (shipyard experience preferred)
Knowledge of surface prep and coating applications
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, varying weather)
Familiarity with safety standards and PPE requirements
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
