MUST BE BCaBA CERTIFIED Must have open availability, including evenings Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide behavior analytic services in both in-home and clinical settings. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, the BCaBA will help develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans while providing guidance to RBTs.Responsibilities: Assist in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and client progress. Implement ABA strategies in in-home and clinical environments. Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations.Support parent and caregiver training to increase generalization of skills. Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and company standards. Participate in team meetings, client case reviews, and ongoing staff development. Travel internationally throughout the year to collaborate with our global partners on training initiatives and program implementation.Qualifications: BCaBA certification (required). Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred). Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.Reliable transportation for in-home sessions (mileage reimbursement and paid drive time included). Willingness to participate in international travel for training and outreach. Benefits: Flexible scheduling (16–22 billable hours per week).
