Job Description We are looking for a detail-focused Administrative Assistant to join a healthcare organization's Revenue Operations team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on a Contract basis. This 12-week assignment offers a hybrid schedule at 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, and is well suited for someone who enjoys organized, behind-the-scenes administrative support. The role centers on maintaining accurate information, coordinating routine office tasks, and helping operational teams stay on track in a structured, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:• Support the Revenue Operations team and related internal departments with daily administrative coordination and general office tasks. • Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems to help maintain complete and accurate records. • Prepare, organize, and process documents whileensuring materials are routed correctly and handled in a timely manner.• Manage outgoing mail and assist with back-office workflows that keep departmental operations running efficiently. • Monitor routine administrative activities and follow established procedures to support consistent team performance. • Work across multiple systems to track information, complete assigned tasks, and respond to operational needs as they arise.• Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or data entry role.• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling records, documents, and system updates. • Ability to learn new tools quickly and work confidently across more than one system. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with healthcare-related systems is preferred. • Comfortable in a primarily back-office position with limited patient-facing interaction.• Healthcare industry experience is helpful but not required. • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with at least two days onsite in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
