is seeking a

General Liability Associate Attorney

to join its growing team across multiple Virginia offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

About the Role 1-5 years of experience in: Insurance Defense

General Liability / Liability Defense

Civil Litigation or Commercial Litigation

Manage a diverse caseload with opportunities for

hands-on litigation and trial exposure

Work closely with a supportive team in an

open-door, collaborative environment

Compensation&Benefits

Salary:

$90,000 - $135,000 (commensurate with experience)

Billable requirement:

1,800 hours

Bonus structure:

Competitive bonus based on hours (up to ~$45K at 2,200 hours)

Full benefits package, including:

Paid holidays + 15 days PTO

Additional discretionary bonuses for support staff
