Friday | Must be available to work any 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM

You will assist callers with questions regarding defined benefit pension plans, payments, account information, required documentation, and next steps.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering professional and empathetic customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. Requirements We're looking for team members who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume call center environment. To be successful in this role, you should have:Previous customer service and call center experience Pension or retirement benefits experience preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools efficiently Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to explain pension and retirement benefit information clearly and professionally Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle sensitive or complex inquiries Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and quality High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to pass required background screening and drug testKey Duties Answer inbound calls regarding pension and retirement benefit inquiries Assist participants with questions related to pension plans, payments, forms, and account information Research and resolve participant concerns professionally and efficiently Review and explain required documentation and next steps to callersMeet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure timely issue resolution Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920-$39,900.About the Team
