Churchland Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead our established, multi-doctor small animal practice in Portsmouth, VA (Hampton Roads area).
Full-time, flexible 4-5 day work week

• No on-call or emergency coverage
• You'll partner closely with our experienced associate veterinarians and hospital leadership team to guide medical standards, mentor doctors, and help drive continued growth and excellence within the practice.

This is a working Medical Director position, allowing you to continue practicing medicine while shaping the hospital's medical direction. Supporting case collaboration and medical decision-making

• Partnering on hospital growth initiatives and team development
• Medical Director stipend
