Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at Papa John's.
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to our customers in a safe and efficient manner while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers' homes or businesses in a timely and safe manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety standards while driving.
- Assist in the preparation of orders, including but not limited to making pizzas, cutting, and packaging items as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.
- Promote special deals and offers to customers when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required by state/local laws).
- Prior experience in food delivery or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of local area and streets is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and carry pizzas and other items, up to [insert weight limit] lbs.
