Assistant Manager / Manager in Training

Position Summary:  This position is responsible for managing restaurant operations, in partnership with or in the General Manager's absence. You'll support the company by maintaining an excellent working environment through leadership, direction, on-the-spot feedback, training & development.  Our focus is always on a positive workplace culture that consistently delivers excellent service and food quality while ensuring compliance with Brand standards & policies, procedures, image standards, sanitation and regulatory requirements.  This all starts with you Leading by Example.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You must set the example following all policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance

• Provide great product quality and maintain fast, accurate service, provide great customer service

• Maintain Brand image by ensuring product quality, restaurant cleanliness and maintenance

• Respond to customer questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and customer recovery

• Prepare product; operate all equipment; manage food and labor costs 

• Assigning & delegating tasks and activities to other members of the Team

• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork

• Clean equipment and facility at least daily
