What You'll Do:

Lead dynamic, inspiring Reformer-based group classes for a range of fitness levels

Create a welcoming, energetic space where every client feels seen, supported, and empowered

Deliver clear instruction, hands-on adjustments, and thoughtful modifications to ensure a safe and effective experience

Foster lasting relationships with members and motivate them to stay consistent and achieve their goals

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment every day

Who Were Looking For:

Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a recognized program

Experience teaching group Reformer classes (bonus points for Chair, Cadillac, and other apparatus experience)

A high-energy, engaging personality with strong communication skills

A passion for Pilates, wellness, and helping others move better and feel stronger

CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)

Reliability and commitment to consistent scheduling, including potential weekend or substitute teaching needs
