Job Highlights

Guide, direct, and coach employees to provide exceptional service to existing and prospective customers 

Develop and execute a branch business plan to maximize business growth and achieve customer retention and acquisition objectives 

Monitor branch performance against plan to identify gaps, issues, and best practices, and implement action plans when necessary 

Understand customer needs and integrate marketing promotions and programs into customer conversations 

Build new customer relationships through engaging in community events and networking to enhance the Bank’s visibility and cultivate strong referral sources 

Candidate Profile

5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

Previous supervisory or management experience is required 

In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and regulations is an asset 

Relevant soft skills include collaboration and communication
