Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a professional accounting credential such as CPA or CFA.
A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience is required, with a strong preference for those who have worked in high-growth companies within regulated industries, particularly biomedical and aerospace.
The role demands a leader with deep knowledge of financial controls, treasury management, tax planning, and regulatory reporting, as well as strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with technical compliance tools and a proven ability to influence at the board and executive levels are also essential.
