This role is for someone who thrives in performance marketing, loves experimentation, and can manage both strategy and execution.
You will be accountable for channel performance, budget allocation, content strategy and creation, and continuous optimization across the funnel.This is a high-ownership role with real impact.
You will work with our Director of Marketing to improve acquisition efficiency, strengthen conversion, and build a repeatable testing engine across channels.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn paid search and paid social strategy, execution, and performanceManage channel budgets and funding allocation, including pacing, forecasting, and weekly spend managementBuild and maintain a structured testing roadmap across audiences, messaging, creative, and offersIntegrate AI into campaign execution to accelerate creative and copy iteration, identify optimization opportunities faster, and streamline testing workflowsOptimize account structure, targeting, bidding, and campaign setup to improve efficiency and scale what worksPartner with internal stakeholders to develop and iterate creative concepts that convertIdentify landing page friction and lead conversion rate optimization efforts through prioritized experimentsMaintain clear reporting and performance visibility, including weekly updates with learnings and next actionsEvaluate and recommend additional channels when there is a clear opportunity, including YouTube and TikTokQualificationsDemonstrated background & experience in owning paid search and paid social for an eCommerce or subscription brandPrevious experience managing ads on Google, Microsoft, Meta, Reddit, Vibe.co, Tapjoy, Quora, Amazon, and moreStrong track record of improving acquisition performance through testing and optimizationStrong history of operating independently across campaign build, analysis, and iterationExperience using AI tools to improve speed, quality, or performance in paid media workflowsDeep understanding of creative testing systems and how to translate insights into better adsExperience working in wellness, nutrition, supplements, telehealth, or adjacent healthcare & self-care categories is requiredStrong analytical and reporting skills, including translating performance into clear decisions and actionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-moving environmentWhy GenoPalateHigh ownership role with direct impact on growth and performanceOpportunity to shape how our brand shows up at moments of intent across search and socialFast-moving team that values experimentation, learning, and strong judgmentMeaningful mission in personalized wellness and nutritionJ-*****-Ljbffr
