Customer Service Manager, Chicago

Growing company seeking a detail-oriented professional to support customers, manage order flow, and assist with day-to-day operational coordination.
This role will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry through fulfillment.
What Youll Be Doing:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist with quotes, order coordination, and customer support requests
Support internal teams with order tracking and delivery updates
Maintain accurate customer and order information within internal systems
Help ensure timely communication and overall client satisfaction
