To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a genuine passion for sales and a determination to succeed. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey insurance concepts and provide top-notch customer service. A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients.A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous. Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
