Job Description Customer Service Representative Setting/Hours: 100% In-Office | 8-5 Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Forest Park, Ohio that’s expanding its Shared Services team. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for managing daily customer interactions, reviewing contracts, entering and acknowledging orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent time management. This position also involves close collaboration with the sales team to support customer needs and business growth, as well as conducting regular check-in calls with key accounts to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Serves as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely, professional support and maintaining strong client relationships. Reviews customer contracts and accurately enters sales and purchase orders into the ERP system. Sends order acknowledgments and ensures all order details are communicated clearly and correctly. Partners closely with production teams to support timely order processing and delivery. Collaborates with sales teams to align on customer needs, account updates, and order status communication. Maintains regular communication with key accounts through weekly or bi-weekly touchpoints to strengthen partnerships and provide updates. Uses strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns effectively. Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting internal and customer deadlines. Responds to customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a customer-focused approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Experience working with ERP systems required; Epicor experience is a plus. Ideal candidates bring strong multitasking abilities, sound judgment, and at least five years of customer service or related experience.
