As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation, you will work across the strategy-to-execution lifecycle, using structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver business outcomes. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree 4 years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operating model design, growth strategy, or enterprise transformation 4 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business recommendations 4 years of experience creating client-ready presentations, reports, and spreadsheet-based analyses 4 years of experience supporting project delivery, workstream management, and stakeholder meetings Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: Master's degree in business, public policy, economics, engineering, or a similar field Experience supporting strategy or transformation work for Fortune 500 or large public sector organizations Experience developing business cases, implementation roadmaps, or operating model recommendations Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and data visualization tools Experience working across strategy development and implementation phases The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100 to $208,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
