You'll begin your journey with an intensive 3-month training and trial program in Greece .
This invaluable experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed, and after the program, you'll transition to fully remote work!
Your Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients across various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Master our client systems and processes during your training period.
Stay connected with our global team while working remotely.

What We're Looking For: Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) to effectively assist our clients.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable working in a digital environment and adapting to new tools.

Willingness to relocate to Greece for the training program.
