This is a

for an experienced Survey Project Manager ready to take full ownership of clients, teams, and project delivery.

This is not just a management role-it is a

leadership seat in the Survey Group , with direct responsibility for project execution, profitability, and client relationships across multiple concurrent projects.

What You’ll Own Lead survey teams on boundary, ALTA, topographic, IDOT, and construction staking projects Manage multiple concurrent projects from kickoff through closeout Own project budgets, proposals, and scopes with a focus on accuracy and margin Oversee QA/QC for plats, boundary computations, andfinal deliverablesDirect field and office staff with accountability and mentorship Manage and grow client relationships and support business development efforts Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership Conduct and oversee deed research and public records analysis What You Bring

Licensed

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) - Illinois• 10+ years of land surveying experience Proven leadership of survey teams and complex project workloads Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Trimble Business Center Experience with Trimble robotic total stations and GPS equipment Strong understanding of Illinois surveying standards and IDOT workflows Strong client-facing communication skills Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and competing priorities Why This Role
