divh2Production Laborer/h2pResponsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: general plant labor and clean-up of production areas; observe, monitor and report any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularity; being trained in various entry-level production tasks and fills in as needed during vacation, absences, and increased production demands; report equipment problems identified to management; complete equipment pre-shift and post-shift reports, if applicable; clean work areas; shovel stone from around conveyors; operate small front end loader; water truck, skid steer, and sweeper truck; load material onto customer trucks, replace or assist other workers as needed or directed; and other duties as assigned by management./ppQualified candidates will have: A High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year of raw material loading experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; willing and able to work rotating shifts; including nights and weekends; ability to learn mechanical equipment operation and maintenance a plus; Hourly Wage Rate- $28.93/ppLanguage Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with other employees of the organization./ppMath Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals./ppReasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
