We're hiring an Inventory Control Team Member to support our culinary warehouse operations and help ensure our production teams have the materials they needon time, every time.What You'll Do: Inventory Accuracy: Receive, label, and store items properly; audit inventory in real-time using ERP (X3) systems. System Updates: Track materials and finished goods in X3, ensuring every count, code, and lot number matches. Stock Monitoring: Regularly check inventory levels, communicate shortages or overages, and support restock decisions.Internal Communication: Serve as a key contact for warehouse and manufacturing teams to coordinate inventory flow. Process Improvement: Investigate inventory issues and suggest solutions that improve efficiency and reduce waste. Material Support: Ensure timely delivery of audited materials to manufacturing; manage and track over/under usage.Returns&Labeling: Accurately label and log all manufacturing returns into the system and return them to correct storage. Team Collaboration: Support warehouse staff, provide retraining if needed, and uphold inventory best practices. Must be able to communicate electronically through use of email and other similar computer platforms. Able to learn new programs easily and quickly.Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies: Must be able to use "critical thinking" skills to resolve problems or improve the program overall. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
