Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 

Salary Range: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by the company.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Process and accurately enter customer orders into the system.

Document all interactions with customers in the database for record-keeping and follow-up.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and gather feedback.
