Marketing Project Assistant, Ohio

Job Summary:
Medpace Business Development and Marketing is seeking a full time, office-based Marketing Project Assistant to join our team. The Analytics team plays a key role in researching, analyzing and overseeing quality control of, market, customer and sales data. The position will support data quality, lead generation and reporting activities essential to driving business opportunities.   

Responsibilities :
Conducting general data entry and quality control;

Assist with pre- and post-conference preparation and support;

Report preparation, generation and analysis;

Assist with lead generation by researching and qualifying high potential customers and contacts to drive opportunities and sales;

Perform market and customer research in biopharmaceutical industry databases to identify business opportunities; and

Provide day-to-day project support activities and administrative duties as needed. 

Qualifications :
Minimum of 1-year experience in a business or healthcare-related environment with a data entry or administrative role;

Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently completing high quality work;

High attention to detail;

Strong analytical, database management, problem solving and communication skills;

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and

Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and applications a plus.
