General Laborer, Cincinnati

Job Description

Pay: $18.98 + $5.00 shift differential for night shift

Shift: Monday through Thursday 6p-6a 

Location: Waterloo, IN

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

Complete examination of finished product by checking height, shape, color and consistency by applying knowledge of proper company standards as instructed and applicable for in process systems.

Complete block checks, remove any defective pieces from pallet or board and replace defective pieces with quality pieces. These tasks vary by line and by product and process that the General Laborer is assigned to. 

Complete packaging, by adding packaging materials, top sheet, labels, and final QC on the skid of finished product before sent to the yard before final transport.All products must be packaged neatly and securely

Assist Machine operators and many other variable processes IE:  pallet repair, general Maintenance helper, Yard general support, completing processes as directed.

Follow established guideline for policy and procedure to ensure QA Standards are met or exceeded.

Maintain a clean workstation and assist with plant clean up

Wear personal protective equipment, and ensures behaviors are Safe.

Follow companies proper lock out tag out and safety procedures.

Behaves in accordance with Techo-Bloc Vision, Mission, and Values.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
