In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring each interaction is handled with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

Resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary
