Maintain safety, quality, and manufacturing standards in accordance with internal and external expectations. Troubleshoot control system problems and implement short- and long-term corrective actions. Integrate control systems to measure and/or improve performance. Create and maintain controller programs (i.e. PLC, Computer, HMI, VFD).Develop and maintain Preventative and Predictive Maintenance schedules for control systems. Maintain electrical and controls drawings and schematics. Utilize a collaborative, synchronous approach to project implementation. Participate in formal problem-solving activities, including customer complaints, and Continual Improvement projects.Provide controls support and troubleshooting training to Maintenance staff.
