What You’ll Do Engineer Better Processes You’ll play a key role in identifying, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and product quality. Lead process identification and optimization initiatives Develop written procedures, operating instructions, and process documentation Configure, optimize, and support industrial processes from concept through startup and certification Assess manufacturing processes through measurement, analysis, and interpretation of operational data Perform process simulations and evaluate process performance Drive ContinuousImprovement You’ll help create smarter, safer, and more efficient manufacturing operations. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and product quality Design, test, upgrade, and improve systems and processes Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service Recommend process improvements and operational changes based on data and plant performance Partner Across the Plant Collaboration is critical to success in this role. Work proactively with site leadership, engineering teams, technical resources, and operations personnel Support production and troubleshooting activities as needed Manage projects while balancing cost, timing, and operational priorities Perform risk assessments and support safe, reliable plant operations Deliver Results You’ll own projects from idea to execution while ensuring high standardsof performance and accountability. Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously through completion Support startup activities, validation, and process certification efforts Perform additional duties as business needs evolve What You Bring Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BS ChE) or equivalent four-year engineering degree Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple priorities and projects Strongly Preferred Previous dry-blending manufacturing experience Experience with ABB systems or similar DCS (Distributed Control System) platforms Why Join Baerlocher USA?
