- - Responsibilities: Lead non-exempt employees to manage workflow and achieve daily objectives within set metrics; Ensure the work group executes daily tactical plans focused on safety, costs, and workforce requirements including performance metrics; Coach work group to understand how their activities support other teams, DC metrics, and LS&CO business objectives; Complete pre/post shift inspection of assigned work area and/or equipment; Mentor team members
