Maintenance Technician Position Summary - $32.50/HR (openings in Louisville, KY&Shepherdsville, KY)

The Maintenance Technician supports operations by maintaining and repairing material handling and automated systems while ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems

Install and service automated packaging and distribution equipment

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance

Mentor junior technicians and support maintenance activities

Ensure safety standards and risk controls are followed

Essential Skills

Experience with maintenance, conveyors, and automation systems

Knowledge of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting

Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics

Familiarity with CMMS, data tracking, and basic project management

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Strong attention to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

2+ years of experience maintaining or repairing MHE or similar systems

2+ years of preventative/predictive maintenance experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting preferred

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
