Call Center Representative
1st Shift - 8:00am to 5:00pm Pay Rate: $20 an hour LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients to identify a Call Center Representative for a first-shift opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling inquiries, and providing timely, professional support.Position Summary
The Call Center Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with questions, issues, and requests while delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or internal systems Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Document customer interactions accurately in company systems Process orders, requests, or account updates as needed Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely resolutionMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction Perform other customer service or administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications
Must have a call center background answering a high volume of inbound calls Prior customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced setting Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and follow-throughReliable attendance and time management Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
