We are currently seeking candidates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions, with schedules that include every other weekend. Pay Range: $1922/hr Location: Blue Ash, OH Position Summary

The Call Center Coordinator provides clerical and administrative support to the Assessment and Referral Department while assisting individuals seeking treatment and coordinating admission-related processes. Essential Duties&Responsibilities

Provide clerical support to the Assessment and Referral Department Maintain documents required for admissions and patient intake Process consent forms and admission documentation accurately and efficiently Complete prescreens for callers seeking treatment services Verify insurance benefits and eligibility informationCommunicate with families, patients, and referral sources as needed Answer incoming referral calls from potential clients, offering support and encouragement as they seek treatment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications

HS / GED Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Previous call center, healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative experience preferred Ethan Crossing Addiction Treatment Centers work with individuals and their support systems to identify factors leading to addiction, equip individuals with the resources needed to address addictive triggers, and reconnect individuals with their support system and community.
