8 hour shifts plus occasional OT Blue Ash NOT temporary or seasonal - contract to hire!!!!!!!! Hiring MIG Welders for 1st shift. 90 day contract to hire but may convert early based on performance and attendance. Looking for 1-3 years of on the job experience. Needs to take and pass a weld test. Requires steel toe boots.Employees work 7.5 hours but are paid for 8 (2- 15 minute breaks and no lunch). There are lockers available for every employee, and a break room with refrigerator, vending, microwave, etc. Plant can get very hot and is very industrial.
